EKG TECHNICIAN PROGRAM REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All refund or cancellation requests must be in writing to Admissions@criticalcarehealthservices.org.

Online EKG Technician Program

For the online EKG Technician Program, you will have 48 hours after receiving your acceptance email to request a refund. A $75 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations within the 48-hour period. After 48 hours you will not be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be in writing to Admissions@criticalcarehealthservices.org.

If you are on a payment plan, you can request to cancel your program by emailing Admissions. All refund or cancellation requests must be in writing to Admissions@criticalcarehealthservices.org.  You will receive an email confirming that you have cancelled the program and you will not be charged in the future. If you request to cancel is after the 48-hour period you are unable to receive a refund for any payments made.

9 Week EKG Technician program

For students who have started the program

Once you have started your program you will have 48 hours from the start date to drop the program and request a refund. All refund requests must be in writing to Admissions@criticalcarehealthservices.org. A $75 administrative fee will be applied to your refund request in the 48-hour period.

For students who have not started the program

If you registered for the program with a payment plan your first payment is not due until after you start the program. If you request to cancel the program before you start the program your payment plan will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

If you have not started the program you can request a refund at any time. All refund requests must be in writing to Admissions@criticalcarehealthservices.org. A $75 administrative fee will be applied to your refund request.
