By making a payment, you and the cardholder will be entering into the following agreement set forth in these terms and conditions and understand the requirements set forth.
1. I understand that this is a self-paced course that requires study outside of the classroom to ensure success and the ability to course complete.
2. I understand that this program is online and as such that I need to have access to a computer to successfully course complete.
3. If I am on a payment plan, I understand that I must make all payments in order to receive my program completion certificates
4. I understand that this program offers the ability to schedule time with an instructor but the instructor is there to assist with questions not provide new lectures and I must attempt to watch the lectures provided before scheduling time with instructors
1. I understand that this is a 9 week program that will require watching videos, reading the textbook, and attending live sessions to be successful.
2. I understand that this program is online and as such that I need to have access to a computer to successfully course complete.
3. If I am on a payment plan, I understand that I must make all payments in order to receive my program completion certificates
4. I understand that this program will have weekly coursework that must be completed prior to the scheduled lecture dates to be ready for the information that will be presented.
I understand that this program requires that I have graduated from high school with a diploma, certificate, or GED. I understand the Critical Care Education will not collect or verify if this is done but will be a requirement for any career I apply for. Furthermore, I agree that I do have or will have before the program is completed a high school diploma, certificate, or GED.
For international students, I understand that local and state laws apply to if my high school certificate is applicable here in the United States.
